School and Sports Physicals

Sports physicals are usually a part of registering youths for participation in a sport.

Organizers generally require an evaluation for children to participate with regulations according to the rules of the respective state, school, or a sports governing body.

Tuberculosis Testing

We offer TB skin testing for school and work.

If your TB screening is positive, an appointment will be made for a nurse interview and chest x-ray to determine your treatment needs. You may be infected with the bacteria that causes TB, but not actually have TB disease. In this case, the provider may recommend preventive therapy in the form of antibiotics. If your TB screening is positive and your chest x-ray indicates active disease, you will be tested further to determine the best treatment. You will also be informed on how to protect those around you from contracting TB.

With our women’s care team, you’ll benefit from years. extensive training, and daily practice in the procedures, techniques, and treatments related to women’s healthcare
